Went back and watched this because I wanted to check something....then I realized that I had missed something that Hitchens said in his opening remarks, "...resent the attempt to teach nonsense in school under the smuggled-through-customs-name of intelligent design".

Unholy crap that's a wonderful turn of a phrase.

Love it, love it, can't get enough of it. Finally a Christian with more then old parchment stuffed in his skull. I love this Pastor when he says "IF Jesus didn't come back from the dead then Christianity is appalling."
Certainly I would love to have a friend like Pastor Douglas Wilson he seems like a very well balanced believer. He maybe even is a very weak agnostic, but leaning towards the possibility of the whole thing being no more true then the Faeries that live in the garden and make the flowers grow.

I am worried that this movie will degenerate into what Hitchens' debates often end up as.....yelling matchings. I don't think it is his best format. Although they play nice in the NPR interview so I have hope. Ordered it by using your link...couple pennies into the AN/LWF hoppers.
